The care industry doesn’t pay fair… or charge fair. Agencies charge high hourly rates while paying the people doing the work as little as possible.
We don’t think that’s right. We believe in finding a way for everybody to win.
We want clients to get the care they need at a price they can afford, and we want care providers can be paid fairly for the work they do.
This service is how we plan to make that happen.

Mum-of-two Jaimee has 15 years of experience as a support worker. With time spent working in residential care facilities and in clients’ homes, Jaimee understands the challenges that clients and care providers face. Jaimee brings her wisdom and compassion to our advice columns so that everyone who uses our site can navigate care arrangements with confidence.
Cerelia Diprose | Co-Founder & Web Developer
Resident tech expert Cerelia began her career in the care industry, later moving into management and analytics. With family and friends spending their entire working lives in the care industry, Cerelia is focussed on making it easy to find or provide the care that is needed in the community.
