I’m Naomi, a Registered Nurse trading as Metanoia Integrated Mental Health Services, based in Pāpāmoa. I offer skilled, compassionate clinical support for adults who would benefit from extra help navigating health, mental health, recovery, or life transitions.
With 33 years of nursing experience across specialist mental health and addiction services, primary care, community services, and education, I bring strong clinical judgement, trauma-informed practice, risk assessment, brief intervention skills, and practical health education. I work alongside people in a respectful, non-judgemental way to help make life feel more manageable, connected, and supported.

I can help with understanding health information, navigating services and appointments, serving as an active liaison, and providing steady support during times of stress, change, or transition. Support is tailored to individual needs and may be provided in person, by phone, or via telehealth.

Fees
$130 per hour for registered nurse support, including phone, telehealth, and in-home visits.
Home visits available across Pāpāmoa and Tauranga, with wider Bay of Plenty travel by arrangement.
